Our Venezuelan cacao comes from Hacienda La Concepción in Barlovento — a 200-year-old estate where fermentation lasts exactly six days. We visit every harvest.

Copper-Kettle Tempering

Chocolate is tempered in small copper kettles at exactly 31.5°C — the precise temperature at which Form V crystals align to produce a clean snap and gloss that lasts.

Two-Coat Hand-Painting

Every shell receives two coats of food-safe cocoa butter pigment before filling. The first coat seals. The second coat is art. Each piece takes four minutes by hand.
